As with most RM written documents, bears no resemblence to reality.
I'm sure we could come up with a more realistic version between us!

Managing individual and team performance - Use bullying and harrasment
Pipeline performance - ignore yorks of undelivered packets
Customer interface - hide in office or disappear to a "meeting"
Asset management - blame someone else
Planning - use the headless chicken technique
Planning and development of specific initiatives - blindly obey instructions from higher up the food chain

My business qualifications say just those things. Perhaps I should go for this position? When i was a manager in the horse racing world, I was liked and respected oh times have changed being a manager, or is it just RM? :Very Happy
