1 in 4 for f/t and p/t
Can you realistically have 100% 1 in 4's? How does it work when you have 39 hour contracts and mostly 30 hour p/t. What duty option would suit both these contracts to enable at least a 1 in 4 for everyone?

We have had a plan that is aimed at getting 83% of the duties as a 1 in 4 - with some of the 17% being taken up by those wanting fixed days off mostly 25/30 hour peeps or those with FF.
I think 100% 1 in 4 is a noble target, but it would be hard to achieve, might be worth seeing if you anyone wants to stay a fixed days off or anyone that has FF reasons for being okay to work all Saturdays off in return for having Tue/Wed off.

One in Four? I'll go for one in twelve..much better than wot Ive been getting.
Think Ive prob done 40 of the last 52 sats, not outta choice, Office Demands...Read "Sucker Shift", in other words.
When I questioned it, and the New Changes etc, got told, "Dont worry...You'll be able to pick/choose your dutys with the new changes."
This was a month ago...seen no list of Dutys, not given any further info, picks/choices of dutys. Nothing, but through the grapevine, Ive heard "others" in a similar situation to me HAVE had meetings, discussions, talks of preferred dutys.
Wondering if it was all a dream, just like "Who shot JR?"
