Revision/Transformation....erm, what's that?

Just had 2 forms to complete about the Revision/Transformation process. Thing is, as I've only had 1 x 30 min talk so far...I cant answer most of the questions.
Makes me feel stoooopid or is it RM that shud?
All the planned meetings and discussions I was supposed to attend have been postponed, cancelled or taken place AM - I do mostly Lates - and no alternative dates given.

All I know is its something about a Tortoise and a Hare, with the Tortoise being the "Fastest" according to RM's version of events.
Last time I saw Greyhound racing in The Arms Park and Walthamstow...The Hare ALWAYS WON!!!!

So, I'm gonna be playing "Catch Up" it seems.

Tortoise and the Hare is something RM are using to get across the message that the running about,jumping fences,generally making an arse of yourself like a headless chicken on speed mentality does not always lead to the most efficient use of time.
It is a very useful presentation tool based mostly on fact.

It is unfortunately completely wasted on the macho,budget-driven,get the job done by any means,f**k health &safety,you're too slow,it's a performance issue management culture we have in place....which means the whole thing,like everything else is a joke.

If you want to change attitudes you have to first change the attitude of the messenger otherwise no-one is prepared to listen to the message.
