Really not looking forward to it.
Im at a new office. Found out today that tomorrow i'll be doing a bike delivery totally BLIND . I can't believe the boss thinks i can do this.....I'm meant to have at least 3 days training, whats he thinking? Its partly rural too so yep, expect lots of house names.
My colleuges think its wrong so does union rep but reps not doing a thing to help.
Actually yes i can believe this is happening...ive had quite a few yrs with rm and this has been done to me before at other offices. Ive tried to speak up but its like talking to a wall. They dont care.
Well i know what the dom will say- ' you'll be ok, take a map with you'

I will make sure they know that if i can't find an address i will bring it back right?
Boss doesnt even know when my day off is this week!

3 days training, I barely got that when I joined let aloan as an experienced postman.
As others have said, it's just a job..... turn up....do the job to the best of your abilities with the tools provided, if they dont provide the tools thats their problem not yours, work to a resonable pace, deliver what you can find in the time allowed.........go home
