Worst day in quite a while. Worst then Xmas. I publicly want to that Barclaycard, Virgin Media, the local council and all the travel and clothing companies who decided that today was the day that customer should receive their crap.

It was touch and go earlier on at the frame where I spotted a few gap but a tray of flats and the remaining D2Ds soon put that right.

It was the prep 4 trays of sequenced,then the bench full of manual,then the leaning tower of flats,then just for a laugh try to prep the other two trays of wave 2 sequenced that was the funniest.
I was peeling back the flats in my frame with both hands at one point trying to force letters into a space that didn't exist..

Sounds like my frame. Forced to do a bit of doubling back to the stop box due to the weight.

Was horrendous. Would say I was around 50-75% heavier for each section of my delivery. Quite fortunate that my boxes (not had revision yet) are situated in such locations that splitting the weights up was possible.
