This question is too important to risk being lost in the other thread, I feel.
Why are RM only suspending collections of D2D items for the weeks commencing 8th / 15th / 22nd October, when the CWU has already said that after the two 48-hour strikes, the rolling strikes would re-start and continue until resolution of the dispute ???
If RM really are NOT going to compromise, as AL and AC would have us believe, wouldn't they be telling customers that D2D collections are suspended until further notice ??? What are they expecting to happen on 29th October, when we'll still be having rolling strikes ???
Answers on a postcard, please !

Seems fairly predictable, RM offer minor concession in return for more talks and suspension of IA for five weeks , then repeat the previous stunt . December, more confusion ,christmas budget pressure,Carnoustie wrote:This question is too important to risk being lost in the other thread, I feel.
