2010 and beyond/delivery supplement/litigation

i am trying to find the part in the BT 2010 agreement that contains the part about house hold deliveries being replaced by a one off weekly delivery supplement

any chance of the relevant links etc as a county court claim is about to go in against royal mail over this issue and non payment of the said allowance

when was the delivery supplement first paid, i need a date as it is to work out interest @ 8 %

also i believe their was a rise due to the pay increase, when did the supplement pay scale rise and to what level, i believe it was £21.62 but when did it go up is the question

And the payments have gone up in line with the pay rises in April 2011(1.5%) and April 2012(3.5%)

as we know walls have ears and sub judice comes into play

what i will say is it effects a lot of people and will cost royal mail a lot of money

i am awaiting royal mail solicitors, prob weightmans to respond before i comment more

Maybe par timers who regular do ft hours but only get sr OT and a pro rata del supplement. Certainly something I have pondered over the life of this shocking agreement

erm just a point for you on that, you do realize that for every extra hour a pt member does over their contracted hours within that overtime payment is an increase on the delivery office supplement so a part timer who does a 39 hour week(or 40 pre revision) will in fact receive the exact same full wage as a ft member of staff and also a full delivery supplement same as a ft member of staff

Interesting. As a Saturday contract I'm paid pro rata at 5 hours out of the full 40 for it but I regularly work anywhere between 10 and 25 hours each week. This means I've been underpaid since 2010?

No, the extra payment is included in the overtime rate for PT staff. This is what the SSPR bit is about.
