Being prep tested

Seems to be managers are prep testing people who cut off. I know about the 1 min test on ips and prep but is there another agreed test as a manager seems to count part of the mail in frame multiply it then divde it etc etc to reach a figure they think you should be prepping at.

Managers can count what they like and divide it by whatever,it's their time they are wasting but it doesn't have any bearing on individual performance.
If you believe it's being done to pressure members deal with it as you would any other form of intimidation otherwise stand behind them shouting out random numbers while they are counting...that's always funny.

Been through this myself the past 6 months, due to park and loop. I was getting very stressed as I was always being tested (RM2000 test they call it )..and I was told it was performance issue ....My Rep told me to reply with "if I'm not up to standard.It's up to you to offer me counseling and re training"You should have seen the utter look of panic and confusion on their faces .... I haven't been bothered since.

Reps will recall that I sent out previously hard copies of info on this issue. Please remain vigilant and challenge all and any unagreed testing methods . Remember that only the IPS agreement holds the field and if anyone would like a copy please let me know. The concern is that as traffic volumes increase in the Autumn that management will start to pressure and bully members in the absence of putting in enough hours into delivery offices.
