query about Coventry South DO

I'm trying to help a friend who's postcode is CV4 7EZ. From this we have worked out his DO is Coventry South.

I have advised him he might be able to get his item by turning up first thing tomorrow at the DO and asking very politely for help/advice.

Does anyone here know the Christmas hours opening time for the enquiry office tomorrow?

Thanks SP. Have tried. Says details unavailable. My friend has been to collect an item before. He said it was a brand new warehouse so suspect details have not been updated.
