Xmas eve?????

What's the score on Xmas eve this year? Normal working day? I think a lot of the troops will be working to there time,me for sure.

If there's enough on then I'll be working to my time. If there's more I'll be cutting off.

In the past there has been an effort to get the bulk of it all done before Xmas eve though so it's usually not that heavy.

I did hear the mail centres where open all weekend and was going to push everything out for Xmas eve,but you know what rumours are like

xmas eve goes like this -management -you can do it ,no you cant cut because you have time,i dont want you to bring mail back,then you enter a kind of stand off until he does something about excess mail, then you work up to your time and come back to the office to find management left at 10.30 as you went out on delivery

We have D2Ds to do, which will be interesting clearing them in a short week............looks like we'll be doing a lot of failing that week

They wanted us to go in an hour early and finish half hour later on xmas eve, knocked back in our office so can feel a shafting coming on

Would love to (cough) come in on Xmas eve (splutter), and be right royally shafted by our fairminded bosses, (cough) but I don't think I'll make it, (splutter) will have to enjoy my Christmas eve at home with my family instead (cough).
Don't think they knew when, (coughs) they had a good thing going, (splutter) Still, that's life, I guess.
