But they get out before the people on IPS as they still have to throw their work out while the people who have come in early are ready to go making it look bad for the people on IPS. Would you come in early if you had a job in TESCO'S or SAINSBURYS?

They get out earlier than if they had started on time.
They don't have to work as hard indoors, because they take longer to do it without getting any unwanted attention off management.
It is less stressful.

In some cases I've known people go out and deliver part of their walk during their meal relief, before the arrival of the second wave, and have to recover the same ground later on, with the remainder of the mail.

It is a little bit of attention seeking.
Some people are a bit funny in the head.

postie in question always comes in early
since theres a nightshift just now. he came in even earlier
it was actually over 5 hours.more ike 5 hours 30 early for a 7am start

got a guy due to start at 9.50 am for a delivery - collection shift who comes in at 7.20 every day and uses his car as a van dropping of selections on the route as delivery is on a bike, doesnt get a minutes ot for it absalute crazy i was taking off the shift before he went onit and told that by DOM i couldnt be trusted as i kept cutting off after him and his lakys went home at half 1, killing this job
