Hi

I am off sick at the moment. Doctors say it may be a virus but it has the effect of leaving me with no energy or appetite. I am awaiting the results of a blood test but if this is negative I am worried I may be suffering from depression. What can I do in relation to my job (delivery) if this is the case?

I can't answer your question but I will say don't go back to soon. I've heard of DOMs bullying folk into coming back early which obviously helps them but won't help you.

With the way the system works. You get penalised exactly the same for taking one day off or seven. Take the full week off.
