Anyone have WTL today (tue 11th)

I thought the RMTV finished last week. We got dragged off the floor a made to watch a 20 min H&S video. Just seemed to be done to stop us getting an early day

No but we did have a fire drill , 1st one in over a year . Not had a WLT since the revision , they call us onto the IP instead and say it's a WTL on learning the new sorting

yes - a bit of grandma and eggs - teaching us when to fill out a Form left and put a sticker on it - we even had a quiz - It was insulting not informative

nope but the BEST laugh was the lino had swomped the office with overtimers and there was NOTHING for them to do,a very light day

I've worked in the callers now for over three years. This is due to arthritis, and very pleased to report that I have never in that time had any WTL ( work time lying ) sessions. Had years of it when I was on delivery. Don't miss it all, total krap !

What's a WTL anyway? I've been at RM 2 years and never had to endure one.

WTL is supposed to be 30 minutes of your working week.
If an office has 80 staff and nobody has WTL, that equates to 40 hours of extra work being done = 1 full time job or 4 people currently on 30 hr contracts being made f/t.

So I fail to see why anyone would stick a because they have (once again) colluded with RM to do somebody out of a job.
