How long does this usually take for the appeal team to finalise?

From the appeal hearing to finding out what the decision is, how long is usually standard fare?

You hear different things,5 working days is the one banded about by the `Black Widow` who does them up here but they seem to do what they want......string somebody along as long as possible(so their out of time for an ET anyone?) and make it as stressful as possible for the postie in question,they are supposed to do it within a `reasonable` amount of time,but what do they consider a reasonable amount of time .

No good dragging it out in the hope that application time for ET will over run as its already in. They may or may not know this I wouldn't know. Any ideas how often the appeal team overturn decisions. And general where is "up here"? I hope you don't mean north east and in particular person of an angler persuasion.

a solicitor told me that you only have 3 months to register for an ET from the date of your original dismissal and not when you get the appeal result.I think you can register your intention to go to ET before you get the appeal result just in case you are kept waiting an unreasonable time for the appeal decision,this may be worth investigating.
