How many holidays can i buy?

I'm looking to buy as many holidays as possible for next year as P&L is tiring me to f**k, is 6 weeks the most i can buy? if i get that how much each week will come out my wages? the coach says i have to wait till jan to buy them.

6 weeks is the max not sure how much extra per week you would have to pay union should know:wave

You can buy leave to make it a maximum of 6 weeks - Our manager was passing the forms round last week so no earliest date as far as I know, but the cut off is generally February.

I think it is about 3% or 5% depending how long you have been there and may be more if you are part time.

I am a 25 hour contract and pay just over £7 a week to pay upto 6 weeks.

Anyone know how this works for PT who do less days but longer hours per shift, for example 22.5 hour contract over 3 days per week or 30 hours over 4 days? As in, would they be buying another 1.5 weeks off, rather than just over 2 and just under 2 weeks respectively?

It's converted into hours now anyway so if you were on 30hrs and buying a week and a half you would just buy 45hrs.

True blue terrier is there an actual name or code number for these holiday sheets? If there is, i can ask specifically for my managers to print one off. They never hand them out or seem to know anything about them anymore or how to get hold of them Thanks in advance
