how often are resigns supposed to be?
just wondered how often resigns are supposed to be and can you enforce them to happen?

only supposed to be after major change, not supposed to happen every now and then just because you feel like it, and even if there is a resign, if nothing has changed in a duty then duty holder can stop it going into the resign

only supposed to be after major change, not supposed to happen every now and then just because you feel like it, and even if there is a resign, if nothing has changed in a duty then duty holder can stop it going into the resign
