Not sure if in the right place. Need some advice though.

I was on a 6 month contract on 39 hours all going fine then get called in the Dom's office and told my hours getting reduced to 30 hours as mail has dropped. Thought nothing i could do about it as was still relatively new there still. So my 6 month fixed term contract comes to an and i get a 39 hour permanent contract through the post. I then sign this, send it back. I then go in and tell the Dom and he is surprised as to what i am telling him and says i must be wrong. I show him the contract and he says he will change this for me. 1 month later i'm still on 30 hours. Now if i have a permanent contract stating 39 hours i should be working 39 hours right?? It is now 5 weeks from when i received this contract so what am i supposed to do?

Look at the contract start date and then send a letter to the DOM asking for payment of unpaid hours in accordance with your contract.

Did you photo copy it side by side and proof of sending? Why not see your rep and present said evidence and call the DOM's bluff.
