my mate has just been involved with road traffic accident whilst on delivery hit head on by drunk driver will royal mail /union provide legal assist for him

thanks he s cwu member and i thought they would provide help just was nt sure he also has legal assit on his own motor insurance but if he gets it through union then he should use it thanks i will tell hime to contact rep

stuff the stage your life is more important it sounds like hes going to be ok

as long as hes driving a r.m. van then hes coverd by r.m insurance. r.m solicitors will be after him just like the poor sods on here. doubt his dim issues a stage warning for this as a.o.d, thats if he was driving a r.m. van. end of day mate as long as hes all fine and well, cars can be mended we cant

email the branch - you then have an electronic "paper" trail. If you've gone to the local rep I doubt he would do anything other than refer it to the branch anyway.
