I am on a 35 hour contract can anyone tell me how many days holiday I am entitled to. I have been with RM for nearly two years. Ta.

The new system is now based on hours so in effect you "could" take a 1/2 day somewhere - in reality we don't have management who are capable of coping with that so it will be carried over to the next year - you would need to apply I think.monkeymutha wrote:What do I do on the half day then?
Under the new PSP system a 35hour week would equate to 157.5 hours total leave entitlement.
