Riding on the pavement is a big NO NO he looks big enough to stick his boot through the spokes on that front wheel and sent that pesky little rat flying. What if you gran was walking near that postbox. ?

Not really News so will move to Blue Shirts - Also he didn't endanger the school boys as he threw the bag in front of the bike rather than at the spokes. Also as said I think what the boys were doing, and they were not the only ones so the school probably doesn't teach Road Safety, was a lot more dangerous.

I think he used the incident to have a friendly word and point out the error of their ways, without sound its impossible to know what was said, but the body language of both parties seems quite friendly and relaxed. They both did wrong but at least the Postie had good intentions in the end.

Those kids shouldn't have been riding on the pavement, but he is an asshole for throwing the bag, it could've been a serious accident. (even though i wouldn't class it as an accident as he did intentionaly throw the bag in their path)
