Does anyone know what the agreement is regarding overtime/S.A's. Is every shift supposed to carry a certain percent of overtime. I have been told across every shift 9% overtime/S.A's is built in to offer a certain level of extra earnings for employees. Is the 9% figure I have been told accurate as I cant find any agreement between management and CWU yet.
