The only d2d i want to see on a Saturday are those on an overtime delivery. I never put any in my frame on a Saturday before or after delivery, I go home if there's no overtime available.
Being a part-timer I use d2ds to make up my time but the experienced guys said managers pull you up about overtime if you fill the whole frame with d2ds, so a quarter to third of the frame Monday-Weds/Thurs.
Only following a quiet Tuesday delivery would I put 2-3 days (or several loops) of d2ds on my frame. We only take those we've addressed mail for, except on Fridays when we clear the frame.

Well done as you say you use your time wisely and if there is not enough time to prep them all you book it
So he throws in all the D2ds in one go and then when he comes to bagging up, he has to sort through each slot to make sure that he doesn,t take the ones with no mail.
i`d like a fitting were i have 1 call per slot so i could prep d2d and leave in the slot if i had no mail,,,but mine has doudle calls in the slots so its a pain in the a&se

Every Saturday I throw all my d2ds in. Yes all even my day off. The floater is a nice guy
Doesn't matter if I have 5 or 6 or 7 or 8. All d2ds go in
This also makes it easy for rest of the week
Another guy also does the same every Saturday. But he has a 6 day duty.

So, you do next weeks work on Saturday? Just like a few in our office Some sados even come in on their day off to prep a whole weeks worth of d2ds! 20% per day for me, no more, no less!
Oh, and What do you do with your spare time (when you should be prepping your d2ds) in the week...? Lapse more than likely

Nope because we'd get pulled up on it. Meant to be 20% a day. That said, a large percentage have it virtually cleared by Wednesday and nothing is said.
You must understand that I am here purely as A BEARER OF MESSAGES.
