Also, How much does your money go up by after 6 months service?

The amount varies from office to office. They should be discussing it now. Ask your local rep they should have some idea of what is being offered!

I think on the days expected to be the busiest, we're being offered 2 hours extra, while last year it was 1 hour. This is an opt-out thing rather than opt-in though.

is the payment based on the old 40 hours or 39, i ask as im 35 hours and want to work out what i shall get before tax, thats if i get to xmas!
