Do u eat breakfast at home or not before u go to work

I was wondering if u guys/girls eat breakfast at home or not before u go to work or do u guys eat in the canteen.

Everyday before I go to work I eat "2 weatabix and 2 boiled eggs" at home

I never take a break and don't have time for a break

we don't even have a vender so 6 weetabix and a few slices of toast are a must before i leave the house

He doesn't take a break because although there is provision on the 318 he works through because there is work to do and rather than leave it he does it and the management are quite happy to allow it rather than enforce a break and there are very many like him. Having said that the union reps too don't take these people aside or even have a meeting and lay it on the line - no breaks means fewer jobs. I see people every day eating a sandwich whilst throwing off, or a bowl of muesli the odd spoonful going in between bundles/trays.

Well it isn't provision 318, the 318 is the duty log and even after revision although no longer called the 318 there is a duty log to show what your start time is, when you go on sorting, if you double prep, BREAK TIME, delivery time, finish time.

I have 2 Weetabix and a banana for my breakfast every morning before work, that keeps me going until lunchtime when I have my sandwiches which keeps me going until my dinner............its really simple and if RM expect me not to take my lunch then they have badly under estimated me
