So what's the rule On wearing Seatbelts when doing delivery?

I am on a single van round. I keep taking Seatbelt on off on off on off ect ect

You must wear it at all times when driving.

The law states that delivery drivers that stop frequently can be exempt.

There is a maximum distance tho... from memory i think its something silly like 50/100 meters.

Royal Mail's rules are that seatbelts must be worn at all times while driving

Less than 50 metres between stops, then no seatbelt is ok.

The only times you don't have to wear a seatbelt in a vehicle are,reversing or manoeuvring where you need maximum visibility,the minimum distance thing was dropped a while ago.

It's all a pointless argument anyway.
If you bother to read the drivers manual it states...
Always wear your seat belt
There is no exemption. You must wear your seat belt at all times while
driving on the road, except when reversing. You must fit your seatbelt before
driving off after reversing.
