Hello, looking for some advice/help. I have triggered a stage 3 after being off ill due to being taken to hospital from work after coughing up blood and collapsing in toilet, I was kept in hospital for tests, then signed off by doctor.
This is after receiving a stage 2 for being off work with work related stress due to ongoing problems with line manger. (Had to go through mediation with union and manager)
If anyone can help please could you reply.

Get in touch with Area Union Rep asap. He should be able to get the stage 2 rescinded as Stress related illness is part of the Equality Act and particularly as it is work related, I dont think even Royal Mail will be looking to challenge this.

Royal Mail might not but his manager will.
It's highly likely you'll be sacked but you do have the right to reply now. Looks like you have a fair chance with the stage 2 being issued incorrectly.
