If Royal Mail has deliberately been holding back my IHR lump

Is there anything I can do to get Royal Mail to compensate me for holding back my IHR lump sum process and ignoring all contact from me and the union, and dragging the whole process of an appeal for over a year which means I can't do a tribunal claim?
