Lack of safe storage of docketted items

Our callers office is only 8ft x6ft and is far too small for purpose we have parcels in another unsecure room as well in another part of the building, we have tracked items in racks where we are throwing off mail and its only November.Its a bloody joke

A perfect example of underestimating the impact of the rise in packets. This is happening in my office also, the racks are rammed full. The answer from our DIM is to knock on more peoples doors to have a chance to get rid of packets, but when told by many staff that we don't have the time he shrugged and said try your best.
