Sacked if ......

Yesterday our manager held a meeting with the staff.

1) Redirection failures - Unless they improve i'll have to sack someone.

2) Packets going missing - Bring them back to office, don't pouch them off .....if they go missing you'll be sacked.

3) Any offices still lapsing....our office is still lapsing. Oh wait we still have capacity .

Bullying that's all. There is after all a conduct code. I doubt any of those scenarios can get you sacked for a first offence. Even then it's a much longer process than just 'sacked'.

100BSI is quite simply 100% accuracy, with 100% commitment, 100% of the time and with 0% of failures. In essence its a system that can't cope with failure so management adopt the fall back position of blaming us.

Which begs the question why are the union even entertaining BSI starting at 100% even if it is adjusted downwards.
