Has anyone had there xmas stamps yet?

Altoghter i no longer work for the royal mail after made reduncant in october I am still getting the courier and local news posted to me so thought I'd ask

What date were they sent out?
Almost all of my office have them but a few haven't received them yet.
Why weren't they all sent out at the same time ?
Plus what happens if I dont receive them?

RM have cancelled Xmas. Mail volumes are down. Packets are up slightly ;liar .
