OT TAKEN AWAY

Due to DOM incompetence, every week most staff who go over and book OT dont get all hours owed and so have to wait til the week after. Bloke at our DO was owed 2hrs from previous week but came back to office an hour early and was told to go home but would lose an hours OT from previous week. Others who were not owed any OT went home without losing anything. Fair?

i had this problem when i was doing ot and its quite easily solvable. email moya, when you you get fobbed off email again and again until you get required response, it results in the head man in your office having to explain to one of moyas cronies why you werent paid,it does work

our dom was asking how long do you think you will be over. when some gave a figure then were over their estimate they went back to dom and were refused the extra. I have advised members he cannot do this. when I was asked how long do you think I merely told him I would let him know next day. simple. his excuse was he has submitted figures for the day based on what some posties had given him so he could not change them.
