i am currently on a stage 2 which was issued only 2 weeks ago after resuming on light duties, i was on light duties for 2 weeks only for them to tell me i had to go back on full duty or go sick again, now ive gone sick again because i couldnt perform my full duty, theyve finally referred me to atos after 6 weeks and now theyve said i have to wait for atos to get in touch before i can go back on a structured rehab but surely they should of referred me before my stage 2 was issued, now The appointment theyve give me will trigger stage 3,

Contact your Area Delivery Rep ASAP - they will normally attend a stage 3 but if your in the Union the more time they have to prepare the better.
