Sick Pay!?

Simply how does it work at RM?

full pay after being with RM for a year.

6 months at full pay ( maximum time over a 4 year timeframe )

nothing at all for the first year.

Ok so i have had 1 day off sick.. will i be paid for this. I have been with RM for a year... i know this to be right as i was employed with them when mw3 came out and now when black ops2 ( bit sad i know but it's a good date reference) have been with RM about 13months!

yes you should do, however, if I was having one day off sick and it was my first bout of sickness, I would take a few days as it all counts as one bout of sickness,

too late now, it needs to be in one chunk, two seperate days = two returns to work

This is incorrect. There are basically 2 rules:

1. If you have more than 1 year off in 4 years then you will go onto no pay or sick pay at pension rate

2. If you have more than 6 months off in a 1 year period then you will go on to half pay

If both criteria are met then rule 1 applies.

You may be entitled to statutory sick pay on top of this, including people in their first year.
