Can someone Pleeeeeaaaasssee find a document regarding the light weight trolleys.We have had our revision in for 18 months and I cannot believe that we have weekly arguements with our line managers and DIM about people running around with a bag on their shoulder to get 3 hours overtime done in their duty time .We were under the impression that once the revision was in the tools that you were given for the job had to be used ie HCT ,LWT.

We have had our revision, nothing much has changed, private cars still used, and equipment provided not used. Its all down to job and finish, the quicker you go the earlier you get home or start overtime. Management just turn a blind eye to it all.

Why stick to an agreement that is bollocks I did not vote for it and as far as I can see nobody else did same as D2Ds our Dom support gets the same money as me and he delivers oh that's right NONE,so stick the agreement up your arse mate cos this union has sold up and the flag at CWU house is now white,lets all grow some balls and EVERYBODY out!!!!!
