Seniority Question
We are due to go into a revision after Xmas. Gaffer says seniority has gone. I've got 25 years service and my walk looks like it's going. I don't remember voting on this. What's the truth?

Seniority still exists but there are now many things that can take priority over it like Equality,Family Friendly,Pay Protection,the overall resourcing mix,drivers/non-drivers,different attendance patterns,the colour of your hair,tesco clubcard points....you get the picture.
