the first thing, it would appear to me, a manager says, when you tell him you will not be able to finish your delivery, is to threaten you with testing,they even say you are not working fast enough'even though,they have been sat in their office for the last hour!!!(how can they tell??) their is no trust anymore, they don't trust us and we certainly do not trust them!!!! and therefore their can be no relationship between the two, which will result in the failure of royal mail,the union has to address this asap, and tell royal mail, it is not acceptable, the bullying and harrassment by managers, and what, is the CMA (managers union) doing to protect their members from being bullied by senior management, their silence is deafening!!!!!

You are totally right, I was told once if there is no two meetings of the mind, no matter how many lawyers are involved you will never get any agreement. The problem is just not with RM, look at our so called leaders, they distort the truth all the time. Truth is the most powerful instrument. end of rant.
