Seems to me in the short time that I have been embraced and loved by the wonderful RM that we are in fact invisible

Management look straight through you as if you are not there, unless they want something "can you work your day off" when suddenly it appears that you do in fact exist.

People who have been there eons dissapear without any acknowledgment of their existence. Weird.

In another thread I was enightened to the "nobody" culture i.e we are in fact nobodys. Heart warming.

The signing in sheets in our office used to have your name against the duty. Not anymore, just a "0" where your name was. It tells you everything about RM. The worse firm Ive ever worked for in terms of care of its workforce.
