So... what do you call the people on your round of whom you deliver to?

Are they Customers or just Delivery points.. ?

dependent on the level and nature of tip from last christmas as to how I grade customers/delivery points :wink:

Indeed. Tips average at over £1 per delivery point but there's a big difference between nothing :sad: and £40 :nana :nana :nana :nana
It's a struggle but I usually manage a smile for the £40ers :Very Happy
