Chap in our office has a habit of cancelling A/L at the last minute meaning postie who is listed to work his day/days off on O/T loses it.
ie On my restweek, I am in on Thursday to cover A/L - 8hrs overtime. Get a phone call Tuesday to say I`m not needed. Chap has changed his mind. Can he do this ?

Yes, cancels a couple of days before he is on A/L. Not the first time either.
