In our office the DOM has moved our Union notice board from an ideal location (where people pass) to a place where nobody walks past. In fact you have to go out of your way to look at it.
Can they do this?

I suppose they can, but why not make a big white arrow with Union Board on it pointing to where it is now just to piss him off
