Drugs in letters

This has happened quite a few times in our office in fact 3 times i can remember on runs i have been on. Now i know what cannabis smells like and i have had to deliver of these letters in which absolutely reek of cannabis. One of the letters was from Amsterdam lol for one address and two were from usa which were unrelated to the other one.
My question is how on earth do they get through customs and should i mention to my dom etc of my suspicions or just forget about it and let the receivers get stoned lol?!

wouldnt bother reporting it, cannabis shouldnt be illegal anyway its never killed anybody. Let the dude enjoy getting high and chilling out :)

Don't bother, the police could well be aware and are setting up some sort of sting..................so its always best to keep your mouth shut................and have another slice of pizza

Agree with the other posts, why would you spoil someone's bit of harmless fun?

However, I must add my own piece here, I used to deliver on a very rough council estate and one day I delivered a packet to a block of flats, it was about the size of an A5 book and about an inch thick, but it felt very much like powder, like a small bag of sand or something. I can't say what it was, but I just delivered it, let's put it that way.

I think you should have a word with the recipient and say you'll only deliver it if you get a cut

I sent some white widow from Amsterdam wrapped in 4 seal up plastic bags inside a Jiffy to mate in about 2002? He never got it but he did get a letter from HMC&E saying that it had been consficated and if he wanted to dispute it, he could go down to Dover and argue the toss. He didn't bother going.

I've lost 1kg of tobacco to the customs that was coming via the Spanish postal system. Having said that I've had loads that have got through. You take your chances.
