Off Sick - a Few Questions

I've been off sick today for the 1st time in about 10 years, still feel like sh** but will see how i am in the morning again.

Lino rang me this morning asking when i'll be back etc and he also went on to say ohh you have some odd days owing which i'm guessing he'd like me to use instead of sickness, is that a good/bad thing and for who?

Lastly, if i wasn't to go in tomorrow is it still classed as one absence? i hate missing work not because i like it but i just don't do sickness me.

if your sick your sick do not allow your guvnor to use your leave, also report this to his guvnor to ring you up at home is so that he can check your sick .how long you go sick for is just one absence. staff often go back to quick and then go back off sick which then makes two absence which may put you on a 1st stage.
if this is your first sickness in ten years yet are treated this way by your o/c i would have a few more days off just to do him up.

You can have a week off without the need of a doctors certificate. Take that at least. Feck him!
