Is there any news or negotiations ongoing concerning a pay deal for next year ?

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

i think big boy is on holiday so i hope they start negotiations now, we may scrap a few quid but it means losing
duties forget it.on the other hand i would give a few quid back just to get rid of waste of space moya and her sucking up merchants.

it will be same as usual come may with a little bit of back pay and doing something else in royal mails favour

Bumping this thread up the list, as I am getting a lot of queries from colleagues. The current deal ends at the end of this financial year in April, does it not ?

Will RM try that 'times are tough, so here's a pay freeze' malarkey that Leighton tried a few years back ? :mad

there was a pay freeze a few years ago he didnt try it he did it
