mail on lorrys in morning

hi all any one know what should be on 1 and 2 wave lorrys i have been told that the split in my area is 60/40 i would like to know what type of mail walksort mailsort dsa etc
on which lorry i the times we have are pie in the sky as the mc is running under staffed

We get quite a lot the day before on vehicles at 1300, 1700 and 2200. This is the MS2&3 + some DSA and 2c packets. This means by the time the first lorry in the morning comes at about 0430 (1st wave sequenced is on this) we probably have 80% of the mail. The main difference is with walk sequencing there is a lot more of the mech letters on the second wave than before. It is probably about 60/40 now where as before it was 90/10, with most people just getting one small bundle on the last vehicle.

we are a small office over 1hour from mc with no evening mail 1st lorry between 5.10.and 6.15 should be 5.45!! 2nd lorry should be 7.45 which we share with a bigger office
i known the split is bad at some offices doms are failing mail that comes in late we have in the past got 50% of our walk sorted mail at 7.45 non sequenced yet to small to count!!!

We are also a small office about 1 hr from the MC. The mail that comes over the day before comes on the vehicles that take the collections to the MC. Do you not have collections in your office? If you are getting crap service from your MC and offices are failing then the DSM should be kicking some arse in the MC

We are a small office.

First lorry in around 5.30am followed by the last at around 8.30am. I normally get 2 meched trays on the first run and another on the last. Plus flats and what we ips of course.

hi all we have a collection lorry at 18.05 which comes down empty it does carry d2ds down we have had a word with dom about mail in afternoon asked mc about and was told that we are too small a office to have mail in afternoon as unlike bigger offices our mail comes into mc with other small offices and needs to be sorted frist where as bigger offices comes presorted ready to go no the lorrys!!
