To be honest my office ain't that bad. I believe the company is too big, and one person makes no difference at all to the success/failure of the company. That and the fact that you are treated like shite at times and don't get your overtime paid, makes you feel that way. But, it's a job, it pays money, that's the main thing...and you get your overtime paid IF you put up a fight for it.

I'll be honest I get on well with my lino and he does always acknowledge the above and beyonds and any bits of O/T I do for him. Having said that there are 2 others that don't and are just rude, Unless they want somthing
