Our office is getting ridiculous. Postman are being expected to do way too much. Too much mail, too many packets, lapsing, 5-6 households a week, under staffed, management refusing to listen..

Not your job to worry mate.. Just work the hours your paid and leave the worrying to the managers

Their rules, their pitch, their ball, they can do what they like between my start time and my finish time, with me working to a steady and continuose pace and being willing to undergo any time/motion testing they want to do.
