Is there a time limit to issue a stage 1. mine was 8 months later, are they allowed to do that.
my line manager told me that bereavment would not trigger a stage warning. I was off for 3 weeks. is he correct

if you have a good rep ,use this hr services guidance about missed triggers and you should have the stage revoked.Sounds like your manager is out of order
