Busy at my office too. Everyone seemed to have a full york going out. Finished 10 mins overtime. Dunno if stuff came back.

Yep,so busy today, that my full time park and loop partner informed my line manager nice and early that. I wouldn't be able to prep the walk in time as I am a part timer.His response was to ....test my prep rate when I came in.Failed by a few mins.Of course this is the real reason We left several bags in ..Now, if I could just meet Royal Mail's RM2000 test.I'm sure I could clear my over size duty in time.

Hit every door with housing association letters and must have written about twenty P739s. First time in six months we've had to cut loops and leave a york of oversized parcels behind. 9 weeks to Christmas pressure

Haven't done a "union agreed" minute prep test in years.Managers like to use Royal Mail's"unagreed" prep your frame at 22 items a minute, for as much mail as you have(big and small letters).So if I have 440 items it should take me 20 mins.Haven't past the test yet.It's such a shame .Their so supposed to offer me counseling and retraining .I even pester them for it.They cant even get someone to demonstrate sorting to their standard on my frame.

Because of his sh it agreement 2 in a mess thing ,I now only get my mail say twice a week as they can't get into building or they cut off ,handy when I'm waiting for sum important stuff. To me it just seems the ppl at the top are completely destroying this once great company,,,,,

We failed on mail and packets...nobody lapsed and loads of cut offs...i was on a late turn too...i laughed and said ill do what I can lol...no point stressing...i do my time and go home...

most cut offs since our revisions, but what started out as a crap day got better when dom threw a wobbler and sent out all managers and office staff to do cutoffs,never seen so much sweat, before or after.
