advice please

recently got new duty of which i am quite happy full time and the hours seem ok.the duty has a bit of ot on mon,wed,thur and fri and i gain a bit of time on tue and sat,all in all im one of the lucky ones,oh yes its a single van round as well,heard today that on monday i am going to gain 4 new delivery points from another duty 1 is a business and 3 residential i know its only 4 extra delivery points but this is going to add another 10 mins on my duty about an hour extra for the week,what are your thoughts can i refuse this or can i bargain with the dom and ask/suggest if i can start 15 mins earlier and finish 15 mins earlier.

I hate text speak it slows me down trying to translate it. Also we do ask nicely

Please use ordinary English, no 'text talk' or posts entirely in LARGE CAPS which in internet etiquette is known as shouting.

To be absolutely open and honest, when people use text speech in a forum so heavily, for me it reduces the credibility of their posts, and in most cases I don't read them as it is too distracting.

Be happy your got a delivery,on our section we had 24 deliverys.Now one has been made partime 5hrs,three walks 7hrs20mins each,now 12hrs sa for the three.
As a reserve postman,just cant get a delivery full time.So please enjoy your full time van delivery,and book if you go over.
