Facility Time

Hello, I have recently become a rep, I'm just wondering what kinda facility people get?
I get a hr a day and also a whole day when I have my meeting with DOM, it does seem to much to be honest and just think the DOM is trying to keep me sweet. But it will just give me more time to put disagreements in :-)

Facility time can be on an ad-hoc or pre -defined basis depends what suites you and your office
check the I R Framework agreement in Downloads it will give you the heads up

It would depend on the size of the office and whether you are going through the revision process.
Does the DOM fancy you?

Revision is already done, so I don't really have much to do. And I have say 2 hr meeting with him every week and I get the whole day off for it. Just seems like that might be why people are always unhappy with reps as they get a lot of time off, may tell him I don't want so much.
